Dr. Bob Bowman entered into God’s presence this morning

Our founder, Dr. Bob Bowman, entered into God’s presence very early this morning, March 12, 2014, following a brief illness.

After a bad fall a couple weeks ago necessitating a move to a skilled nursing facility in his retirement center, his health deteriorated rapidly, though we are grateful to tell you that he was in the same facility as his beloved wife and partner of 76 years, Eleanor.Dr. Bowman, he encouraged with these words:

 “Remain focused on the main thing.
  It’s all about Jesus. Just share the Gospel; it will change lives.”

This is what we at FEBC International do every day…and will continue to do… to honor God and continue Dr. Bowman’s legacy.

Our greatest action in the light of this legacy of Bob Bowman is
to continue the mission of bringing Christ to the world.
