【正义被迟送，正义遭否定】

“迟到的正义就是非正义”，我以前见过这句话的原文：Justice delayed, justice denied。

前几天某友在跟我说，这句话查不到出处，好像是从前的英国首相格拉斯顿说过的话。
我查了一些工具书，在Black’s Law Dictionary里查到比较接近的两句谚语，

一是：Justice is neither to be denied nor delayed（正义不得拒绝也不能延迟）。

另一句比较长：Justice ought to be free, becourse nothing is more iniquitous than venal justice; full, since justice ought not be halt; and speedy, becourse delayed is a kind of denied（正义应是无偿的，因为没有比花钱买来的公正更邪恶者；正义应是充分的，因为正义不该半途而废；正义应是迅捷的，因为拖延就是一种拒绝。原文均有拉丁文）。

另外，我在“有道词典”里查到这句：
Martin Luther King certainly said that justice delayed is justice denied and that there's never a more right time than today, or yesterday
（马丁路德金的确说过，迟到的正义就是被拒的正义，它到来的最佳时刻无过于今天，最好是昨天）。

原文妙在两句末字押韵，译为中文，最好也押韵以便记忆和诵读，
